1. How do I make a reservation and or place an order?

You can place an order 1 of 2 ways…

1. By Phone: To place an order by phone, please contact our office at 866-689-8405. Our hours by phone are from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Mon / 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Tues - Fri / Sat - 8 am to 4 pm / Sun - 10 am to 2 pm ) To reserve your unit, we need the following information:
  • Date of Event/Party
  • Name
  • Delivery Address/City
  • Start Time
  • End time
  • Inflatable you would like to reserve
  • Description of type of area inflatable will be placed on—grass, concrete or dirt
  • Phone Numbers (at least two)
  • Once you place an order, the products you requested will be reserved.

    2. Via Internet: To place an order via the internet, click on Request an Item or Pricing tab (to your left). You will be directed to the Reservations page where you will fill out a form with basic information. By the next business day, a representative will contact you to give you pricing and let you know if your request is available. In the event that your product, date, etc. is not available our representative will work with you to help meet your needs.


    2. Are you a reliable company?
    • Yes. All About Jumpers (AAJ) strives to make your party experience an absolute success. Once your order is placed, we will deliver your order as requested. An AAJ representative will call to confirm your order (within 24 hours if placed on the internet).
    • 24 hours prior to your event an AAJ representative will call you to confirm your order and delivery time.

    3.How does the jumper rental work? Once your reservation has been made, we will deliver the equipment to your location generally in the morning. We will setup the jumper in a safe location. If ordering chairs and tables we will only deliver/drop in a location of your choosing. **Please note that we do not setup or arrangement chairs or tables for you. This is only done with prior to deliver approval and a fee for setup and take down is required. Canopies/Tents are the exception to this rule. As a rule - you will generally have the same driver pickup the equipment at the designated time. We ask that you do not release the equipment to anyone else, unless you have been informed to do so by the AAJ staff.

    3a. How long is the rental for? All jumper and equipment rentals are for approx. 8 hours. The exceptions are as follows: Park setups - Most parks in Los Angeles county issue permits to gather for no more than 6 hours 10X30, 20X40 & 20X20 Canopies are generally setup the night before the event.

    3b. Can I keep the jumper/equipment longer? For jumpers: provided the unit is not booked for the following day, a nominal overnight fee will apply and the jumper can be rented for an extended period.

    3c. What about just an all day rental? As mentioned above, all rentals are approx. for 8 hours, if you need the equipment for more than just an 8 hour period, there is an additional $10.00 per hour rental fee until our latest pickup time of 10:00 p.m. All extended rentals must be approved before the day of your event.

    3d. What is your cancellation policy? • Cancellations and changes should be made later than 7 a.m. the morning of your delivery to avoid cancellation fees. This will allow us to rent the inflatable out to another customer. If you decide to cancel your order once the driver has arrived at your door or if the driver is already in route, you will lose your deposit and/or there will be a $25.00 delivery charge.

    4. What if it rains on the day of my event? • All About Jumpers (AAJ) reserves the right to cancel a reservation (at no penalty to you) pending bad weather, example: heavy rain or winds exceeding 15 mph. Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. You must call us the morrning of your delivery before 7:30 a.m. and either leave a message or speak to a representative if you wish to cancel your order due to rain. Once our driver leaves the warehouse with your order, there are NO REFUNDS • You may also cancel your order due to rain at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery times and you will not be charged a cancellation fee. You must call our office at 866-689-8405. • If you receive a jumper and it starts to rain there will be NO REFUNDS. You must disconnect the electrical blower from the jumper unit and secure the unit and associated equipment in a dry place until it stops raining.

    5. Can I use the jumper in the rain? • No. Do not use the jumper in the rain. The jumper becomes slippery when wet and may cause serious injury. You must disconnect the electrical blower from the jumper unit and secure the unit and associated equipment in a dry place until it stops raining.

    6. When is payment due? • You may pay by credit card or debit card prior to delivery or you may pay cash at time of delivery. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

    7. Do you deliver and set up? • AAJ will set up the jumper in your desired location as long as there is enough clearance space for it (including overhead cable wires). The jumper can not be set up in an unsafe area and we reserve the right to suggest another set up location. There must be an electrical outlet at least fifty (50) feet near by. The jumper(s) may be placed on grass, concrete or dirt.

    8. What do I do if my inflatable or other equipment malfunctions? • If a rental item malfunctions during usage, client must call AAJ office immediately at 866-689-8405. If immediate notification is not made, refunds will not be considered.

    9. ls All About Jumpers insured? • Yes.

    10. Am I responsible for damage to the equipment? • Client will be charged for missing and negligently damaged equipment. You will be charged for missing, broken or damaged equipment at either repair or replacement cost, plus travel fees to manufacturer —whichever applies. • Responsibility for items rented remains with the renter from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be sure to secure equipment and protect it from weather. • Client must secure and protect all items from theft, weather, sprinkler systems and all potential loss of usage.

    11. How far in advance should I reserve my inflatable? • At AAJ we recommend that you make your reservation as soon as you have your party date scheduled. • For combos or wet/dry slides during warmer seasons we advise you to reserve your jumper as soon as possible.

    12. What kind of supervision is necessary? • An adult operator is a responsible person over the age of 18 who is responsible for supervision the children while in the jumper. • The adult operator should assist the riders when they enter and exit the inflatable. He/she should remain in close proximity to the entrance of the inflatable for safety. • Adult operators should supervise the children at all times, strictly enforce the rules posted on the warning sign and remain in control of the inflatable at all times.

    13. Do you deliver to Parks? • Yes - Park setups require a minimum 10 business days advance notice. You will be required to get a park permit in your name and provide that proof to AAJ offices prior to setup. You will also need to provide a copy of a utility bill in your name with home address visible and a copy of a photo I.D. Park setups are an additonal $25.00 plus the generator rental if you do not have one. Generator rentals are $79.00 for an 8 hour period.

    14. How much room do I need for my Jumper? • We have the actual unit dimensions listed on our website under each Jumper. In addition to that space, we recommend an additional 2 feet by 2 feet for the jumper to fit comfortably and safely.

    15. What do I need to remember on the day of the party? • Have an extension cord ready. Our drivers do not always carry extension cords on their trucks, so having yours ready will help to expedite the set-up process. • Our drivers collect payment in the morning and don’t always have change for large bills. Please have exact change for your driver whenever possible. • Please don’t allow anything sticky like food, drinks, gum, candy, silly string, etc. in the Jumper.

    16.Is there anything else that I need to know? Yes, while it is not our goal to impose strict rules
    we must impose a moderate amount of conditions to make every deliver a speedy and effecient del-
    ivery. They are as follows:

    • Backyard or fenced area setup - please make sure that all vehicles blocking pathway are
      removed.
    • Please make sure that pets are in the home or contained prior to and during setup of equip-
      ment - AAJ crew will not setup any equipment with loose pets, no matter how friendly they are.
    • Please make sure that setup area is free of any cat or dog feces, if crew finds that area is unsuitable for setup your appointment will be rescheduled or you may incur a wait fee of $25.00 until area is cleaned.
    • For standard sized jumpers 13X13 and smaller, there must be at least an unobstructed entry way of a minimum of 3 feet width for access to setup area. For bigger jumpers ( e.g. water slides, Combo units, etc) there must be a minimum of 4 feet width to access setup area. AAJ crew will not setup any jumpers or slides where equipment rubs against gates, shrubbery or walls.
    • AAJ crew will not setup any jumpers where there are more than 1 step to setup area. No steps at all for Combos or Wet Slides. If upon delivery our crew is surprised by more than 1 - step/stair, there will be a surcharge or $15.00 per step if you insist on keeping your scheduled delivery.
